R.B. grew up building homes with his family. He was put to work at an early age sweeping floors, building decks, and installing shoe molding. He became a licensed home builder in 2010 and was the youngest homebuilder to ever receive the designation of Certified Master Builder in the state of South Carolina. R.B. heads up all pre-construction services for Gallup Design Build. When he's not building he enjoys whitewater kayaking, mountain biking, running and anything to do with outdoors!

Heyward is a native of the midlands area and a computer science graduate from the University of South Carolina. He brings 30+ years of experience in managing software development organizations in large and small companies to Gallup Design Build. Heyward leverages industry best practices learned throughout his career and his attention to detail to improve and manage the operational aspects of our business. Being a past Gallup Design Build client, Heyward understands our design build process and has an appreciation for the detail and quality that Gallup Design Build delivers.

Vicki is the glue that keeps us together in our office. Vicki handles all accounting, customer service, and administrative functions of the company. Vicki is a native of Chapin and is a die hard Clemson Tiger fan.

Rachel DeBacker, AIA
Architect

Rachel DeBacker has more than 14 years’ experience practicing architecture. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Virginia, where she was a member of the first Solar Decathlon team, and an M. Arch from the University of Texas at Austin, where her studios took her from Texas to Zurich to India. In 2016, she was the only solo architect to be selected to design a structure for the Cheekwood International Playhouse exhibit in Nashville, Tennessee.

Rachel is pleased to be designing houses because she truly believes that our home environments shape our lives. She believes that both form and function are what makes a house shine and that good design doesn't have to be expensive.

Chris loves designing custom home plans for our clients. She specializes in working with our clients to efficiently design custom homes.

Alisha is a highly creative and inspirational designer. She brings a full service interior design service curating a timeless, transitional aesthetic. She originates from Tampa, FL where she began her career in 2016 as an entrepreneur with Harbour Interiors. The past 4 years she has specialized in full service design for new builds, large scale renovations and interiors. She believes in the happiness design can create whether it's functionally, aesthetically or emotionally. “We shape our homes, and then our homes shape us”.

"Kerri works with Alisha to provide custom tailored interior design for our homeowners. Prior to Gallup Design Build, she owned two Furniture and Home decor shops in Chapin and West Columbia. She believes our homes should reflect our values, make our souls happy, and allow our minds to rest."

Rob is a jack of all trades and a true asset to our team. He works in our office as the estimator/purchaser. He has an extensive residential construction background and also design floor plans.

Born and raised Lexington County native. We met Whitney while she was most recently employed with the County of Lexington as the Chief Residential Building Inspector and Residential Plan Reviewer. She holds certifications with the International Construction Council and is a SC State certified Residential Inspector. Whitney enjoys kickboxing and spending time with family.

Jonathan grew up in Baltimore Maryland. After graduating college in 2004, he begin his career in construction as a brick layer apprentice for a company doing historic restoration in Baltimore City. From there his love of architecture and building grew. Not content with mastering one skill, he spent the next 10 years developing his skills in all fields of home and building design. From building high rises in Baltimore and Philadelphia to managing multi million dollar projects in Washington DC. Since moving to South Carolina 6 years ago he has been project manager for two custom home building companies. He resides in Irmo with his wife Kate, who is expecting in the summer as well as their two children Georgie and Oliver. In his spare time he personal trains at a local gym, follows the Ravens and Orioles, as well as coaches his son’s soccer team.

Eddie has an extensive background in residential construction.

Tim joins our team with a background in aircraft mechanics. He brings his attention to detail to our team and helps our project managers solve problems daily.
